PRODUCTION

It's All In The Details

As our goal is to provide as close as possible to a "Broadway Experience", there are some details it's important to work out in advance to insure a smooth experience for our client and the best possible performance for the audience.

Client provides:

​
Travel
• 11  -  13 r/t  (typically 8 from Orlando, 1 from New York, 3 - 5 from Tampa and 1 from Atlanta)
 please note that all airline tickets MUST be approved by Producer prior to purchase
• 9 hotel rooms on property for up to two nights -  2 doubles, 7 singles
• ground transportation to/from venue city airport to venue



​Staging
• Minimum 24’ deep x 24’ wide x 24’ high
• One set of stairs off front edge of stage & two set of stairs - one for  each side of stage
• 2 Follow spot towers
• Stage entrances from back stage (left, right and center) and house



​Sound 
NOTE:  Please place a 3’ cocktail table with light, one chair and Clear Com headset next to soundman for stage manager to call show.
• Sound Production as appropriate to venue and size of audience with separate compression

     and equalization on house and monitor systems:
 6 Wireless Mics HANDHELD Mics w/ round stands, individual 1/3 Octave EQ’s & compression
 WHEN APPLICABLE: PZM & Condesor Mics / Stands for 2 Grand Pianos
 6 (8 with grand pianos) full range monitors - 4 (6 with grand pianos) on stage, 1 backstage,

      plus one monitor in dressing room.
No Hotspots! MONITOR MIX MUST BE SEPARATE FROM HOUSE MIX!  
 2 separate CD players (for background tracks)
 Sound Technician (tech must be available for rehearsal, see below)
 Clear Com – Minimum 6 stations with 3 wireless (stage mgr, lights, 2 follow spots, sound,

      and dressing room)
 Hotel Ceiling Speakers are NOT acceptable


Lighting 

 Minimum 3 color wash on stage (blue, amber and pink)
 2 Follow spots w/operators and matching gels
 Fog (centered at upstage edge of stage) and Strobes are preferred, if possible
 Lighting Technician (tech MUST be available for rehearsal, see below)
 Any house or decorative lighting in the room must be under the control of the lighting

      technician in order to achieve effective blackouts.
 please note that any intelligent lighting that can be added will greatly enhance this

     theatrical presentation

Video & Taping
We suggest the use of Image Magnification if the audience numbers over 250 people.  Artist agrees to allow Image Magnification of their performance.  Purchaser shall provide Artist with one copy of all footage of The Evening of Broadway in Digital format within 10 days following performance at no cost to Artist.
